Flash back, flash forward

He kissed me goodbye, kissed me hello, flew away from my arms and found himself a wife, two children, and a new life. He called, out of the blue, love on his lips. He called and we spoke, and I almost cried. Love never goes away, love always changes, love is what it is.I opened my eyes and their was the skin. I turned inward, danced, fell forward on the flying metal, felt myself ripped apart and put back together. I saw my skin, I saw my maw, saw my tears and blood. I am, I will become, I dance and cry.
