Conversations and Curiosity - February 9 Newsletter
Hello Beautiful Beings,
Recently I have been both blessed and challenged with how to navigate questions within community between friends and within relationships. There are a lot of rich conversations that have come out of questions and curiosity, and I'm excited to see "The Old Ways Must Go: Tarot for Transformation go up on Kickstarter being done by Samphire Savage and Tim Rodriguez that uses your tarot deck to dive into deeper conversations, community, and problem solve when there are challenges between individuals or they're looking to have more well rounded conversations. I've known Samphire for years, and some of you may remember me co-teaching on Naming The Shadows: Addressing Abuse, Bullying, and Other Harms in Metamour Relationships with them. I'm excited to see their project come to life... for all of us.
I'm starting into this rich season of conversation with a new offering over on Patreon THIS Sunday called a Patreon Salon. When hosting salons in person in the future, I will be providing tasty snacks and delicious beverages, so for this online one I want everyone to bring tasty snacks and delicious beverages while we dive into conversations with one another on an array of topics that my patrons will be able to bring to the table. If anyone has something on their mind ranging from tarot to sensual connection, teaching theory to bedroom techniques and more, this is the perfect chance not just to "ask me anything," but to share in the collective wisdom and knowledge of our group. I hope you'll join us there, it should be a lovely time.
I'll also be hosting rich conversations on Sunday night of the Master/Slave Conference Online in a week where we will be enjoying our own personal high protocols within our power exchange and authority transfer dynamics. The wonderful RazorKase will be in service to me for the evening, allowing individuals to witness what service in the protocols of my household can look like while we discuss an array of topics pertaining to the diverse relationship styles of everyone gathered.

I am excited to be part of this three-day online conference that features presenters of diverse life experiences when it comes to authority transfer relationships, power exchange, dominance, submission, and complex identity. We have been “playing pretend” since we were young, but kinky sexuality opens up new and potentially taboo forms of roleplaying. Join us as we explore the shadowy realms of our fantasies and make-believe we can try on: abduction, torture, snuff, fantastical realms, and anything else our twisted minds can dream up. We will discuss the joys of playing consensually in our closets, why these dark desires turn us on, how to bring up these taboo interests with our partners, negotiating our interests, and troubleshooting the challenges these types of fantasies can elicit.

The world is full of risks, but each of us have different levels of willingness, capacity, and interest in taking the risks we might come across in our life. The same is true in our kinky pursuits. In this class we will look at what a risk profile is and how to decide what choices we might feel comfortable with around physical risks, legal repercussions, emotional fallout, potential psychological damage, (mis)communication possibilities, and the effects some play can have on our relationships. From Gambler’s Fallacy and trauma bonding to altered states and disproportionate effects risks can have on some population, this will be a wild ride. Though open to all attendees, buckle in as we will be discussing a variety of “edge play” activities as well as things people might consider immoral, illegal, inappropriate, dubious, and dangerous.
