When I first wrote "Shibari You Can Use" I did not know how much it would be picked up not only by folks in the BDSM and Kinky communities, but by stay-at-home play-at-home people as well.I had been doing a lot of 101 classes at the time, and attendees liked the folks that my classes broke down steps into easy consumable steps. The books available at the time were not always as clear as they could be. So when a company asked me if I could shoot a DVD for them, it seemed like a chance to bring my style out there. The DVD never happened, but out of it and loving coercion from a very close friend, a book emerged!

A team of models of all ages, genders, ethnic backgrounds and levels of kink experience came out to be part of these two books - the revised edition of book 1, and it's sequel, "More Shibari You Can Use: Passionate Rope Bondage and Intimate Connection." We shot in Brooklyn and Boston, did writing in Maryland, Alaska and California, had an editorial crew in Maryland and Chicago, and have an ebook team in Minnesota. The diversity of my crew has been amazing.We need $40,000 to pay for the basic distribution print run of the book.
