Update, Erotic Poetry Night, and Transgender Discussions

Hello beautiful beings! I’m going to be honest – even though parts of this week have been beautiful, it has also had windows of being a hard ride for my body. I live a complex medical reality, and some weeks are easier than others. There is such profound appreciation that I’m feeling this week from multiple people who rescheduled plans, helped encourage me to do self-care, and helped me figure out how to use my technology better for during migraines and other neurology challenges.  Thanks go out as well to those who were part of my weekly discussion where I…

Love Languages and Objectification Classes… and Reflections

Hello beautiful beings! The humidity is high in Leander, Texas, visiting Ms. Cenna for the weekend. If the current pandemic had not been happening, we were set to be at Camp Crucible. 300+ sexuality adventurers would be doing rope bondage, hiking through the woods, engaging in hook suspensions, enjoying human animal roleplaying, drinking by the pool, laughing around the campfire. There would be laughter, tears, orgies, storytelling, and delight. Instead, with the humidity, it feels like 99 degrees and we are hidden inside doing craft projects and I am reading “Queering the Tarot” by Cassandra Snow. Yes, Camp Crucible will be happening next year,…

Non-Monogamy and Protocol Classes May 13th!

Hello beautiful beings! This week has found me back at my apartment after almost 6 weeks with the House Haven property. It was a hard decision to move back to being based in Austin, 30 minutes away, but as I will be discussing in the class/discussing on consensual non-monogany in the time of Covid-19 this week, it was the right thing for my mental health. I love my whole poly family, but sometimes alone time is the right answer, and I am aware of the privilege I carry in being able to make this decision. For the past two weeks…

Merry Beltane/Samhain and classes on Crotch Ropes and Kink Authenticity

Merry Beltane beautiful beings! For those of my fans who are in the southern hemisphere, in turn I offer my blessings on this Samhain. Either way, this day/evening the veils are thin, and in this time I offer comfort to those whose family and friends have died, and an easy transition between life and death for those who have passed on. Let joy ring out in turn, letting us live, for that which is remembered never dies. This past week we had over 100 attendees, and had to turn folks away. I took the donations from this week and used…

“The New Normal” and 3 Classes this week

Hello beautiful beings! It has been such an amazing week. I hosted 94 people in a class/discussion on Age Play on Wednesday, debuted my 2-day, 16-hour intensive on Transgender Awareness to a power team of councilors, social workers, therapists, and allies on Friday and Saturday, and Ms. Cenna even made home Italian cheese bread for the whole family. If you missed the intensive and would love the resources sheet, I will be sharing it over on my Patreon, to supporters beyond the “Thank You” letter level. Come join me there. Things have not been perfect though on the personal front –…

April 2020 Newsletter – Gratitude, Online Opportunities, and Love

Hello beautiful beings, Welcome to April. I’m half an hour north of Austin with my whole poly family, feeling incredibly blessed that we are a tribe of folks working from home. Austin is also being blessed with some beautiful weather right now, which is allowing for some time outside, including finding these beautiful wild flowers on my last walk.  Am I concerned about income from having a number of teaching appearances canceled (both previously announced and one that had yet to be announced)? Yes. But this, compared to people I know who are still working in custodial services, folks who…

Online Classes! (and some Event Cancellations)

I write to you from Leander, 30 minutes from Austin. I’ve relocated here for the foreseeable future, holing up with my polyamorous/leather family as we ride out the wave, as some in our family are immune suppressed.  Because of this, the Sexual Health Alliance and I have talked, and after conferring with AASECT (American Association for Sexuality Educators, Councilors, and Therapists), we have has an amazing opportunity arrive. My two day intensive – “Our Intimate Selves: Exploring Sex, Gender, Orientation, and Transgender Awareness” is now being offered online worldwide, complete with CE credits that so often have to be received…

Photograph of a mint green tricycle in an empty room

Hello beautiful beings!  I ride a tricycle. As someone with a dizziness disorder, I never got into bicycle riding because if I ever had a spell, I could fall over into traffic. Thus, a few years ago when a former partner of mine got me the combined birthday/Christmas present of a tricycle, it was amazing. Mint green, one of my favorite colors, it sports a basket between the back two wheels that I can fill with three grocery bags (or a Costco-sized brick of toilet paper). When a dizzy spell hits, I can simply hold on tight, knowing it is…

February Newsletter 2020 (Baltimore, Austin, Denver, and Beyond)

Greetings beautiful beings, It has been a wonderful whirlwind of a year thus far, and we have only just begun. The last weekend of January felt like such an energizing gift in the form of a full weekend of classes with TMG, FAD, & The NC-Triangle Spanker’s Clubin Raleigh, North Carolina. On Friday night people opened up their life experiences and shared about their sex lives, Saturday we dove into exploring kink, the kind community, and leather identity and culture, and Sunday I was so proud of the crew for absorbing vast amounts of information in the morning as we talked about sex,…

January Newsletter 2020 (NC, MD, and Audio)

Much love from my new office space in Austin! Out my second-story window are big beautiful trees that come the spring will fill everything with green. The creek-bed is currently dry, but when the rains hit in random bursts, it will be great. In short, this place is magic waiting to happen. I moved to Austin just between Yule and Christmas, driving with my friend Mia and my Ma’am, Ms. Cenna, across icy Colorado, through the edge of New Mexico, and through a full day of Texas to find our way here. What a gift of a place. Like Denver,…
